I just started a blog. The 5 letter sentence that precedes this is profound. Encapsulated in these 5 words “I just started a blog” are the following;
- I achieved a goal I have been putting off for a while.
- I choose to be courageous about sharing my thoughts on the world wide web.
- I am excited at the opportunity to develop a community of people who work, love and pray excellently, while advancing God’s Kingdom.
I wrote the above to say this “starting is powerful”. Starting something means that we win over fear one more time. Starting means we get to throw our hats in the ring and cease to be onlookers. Win or lose…. starting is good!

As for me, I am taking this power of the start and applying it to all domains of my life. No more withering in fear for me.
